The Service Provider designates the e-mail address [email protected] as its single point of contact. The point of contact enables the Service Provider to communicate directly with the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services, and at the same time enables recipients of the service (including Service Recipients) to communicate directly, rapidly and in a user-friendly manner with the Service Provider by electronic means, for the purposes of applying the Digital Services Act. The Service Provider designates Polish and English as the languages for communication with its point of contact.
