How ro make a return?
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to withdraw from the contract.
To make the process easier, we have prepared a returns form. Download it, complete it, and include it in the package with the returned product.

Then, properly secure the product and send it to:
IMPORTANT Returns must be sent without cash on delivery. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments. Such shipments will not be collected and will be returned to the sender.
Product you are returning
The returned product should be properly secured for transport.
Please remember that you are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

In your message, please provide:
- your name and surname,
- your order number,
- the product(s) you wish to return,
- a clear statement of your withdrawal from the contract.
Refund
We will process your refund within 7 days. We will refund your payment using the same payment method you used when placing the order, unless we agree on a different refund method. We will inform you about the processing of your refund by email.
